Endocrine Consultants, LLC was founded in July 2005 by Stanley Mathew, MD, FACP. FACE. Dr Ranjani Ramanathan, MD joined endocrine consultants in Jan 2011 . Our group is now recognized as one of the leading endocrine practices in the St Louis / St Charles area. We attribute our success to being able to treat each patient as unique individuals and our attention to detail. Dr. Mathew, Dr. Ramanathan and our helpful staff are here to provide you with the medical care you need.

We recognize the challenges faced by our patients and are dedicated to their individual health needs. State-of-the-art equipment allows for thyroid nodule biopsies and thyroid ultrasounds to be conveniently completed in our office. We also insert and read continuous glucose monitoring sensors in our office for patients with difficult to control diabetes.

Endocrine Consultants, LLC has two locations, the main offices in St. Peters, Missouri and a satellite office in O’Fallon, Missouri.
